OCEAN LINK Agricultural Cooperative Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “OCEAN LINK”) handles personal information provided by applicants as follows. We ask that you please understand the following before you apply. Please note that failure to provide personal information may affect our ability to contact you.

  • 1. Purpose of use of personal information

    We will use the personal information of applicants only to the extent necessary for the provision of employment information to applicants, for employment selection, and for the procedures for employment to those who have been offered a position. We will not use the information for any other purpose without the consent of the applicant. Please note that documents submitted by applicants (resumes, transcripts, etc.) will not be returned.

  • 2. Provision of personal information

    We will not provide applicants’ personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.

    • When required by law
    • When required to provide personal information by legal authorities.
    • When it is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question
  • 3. Security control of personal information

    We will take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage of personal information of applicants, and will store and manage such information. Personal information of those who are selected for employment will be properly managed as employee information after they join the company. Personal information of unsuccessful applicants will be disposed of or deleted in an appropriate manner within one year after the end of the recruitment selection process.
